ソーケス島の北端にある大きな崖。ハイキング／トレッキングコースになっています。尚、サウスパークホテルの庭からはその全体が一望できます。
Sokehs Rock:
Located on Sokehs Municipality, Sokehs Rock is a mountain-figured island praised as the symbol of Pohnpei. Top of Sokehs Rock, located at the very end of north side, is a hill where there is a little danger to reach.
Easier way to climb Sokehs Rock is to take a path located behind the hill, and there still Japanese wartime weapons and trenches remain along the path. South Park Hotel is located across Sokehs Island so it has great view.
■カピンガマランギ村の高床式住居
ホテル近くにあるこの村は、マングローブとヤシの葉で作った高床式住居があります。木で垣根を作ったり、クラフトワークがあります。
Kapingamarangi Village:
It takes only 5 minutes walk from South Park Hotel to get to Kapingamarangi Village. The villagers still reside at traditional housings made up of mangrove tree and coconut leaves. They make and sell beautiful woodcarvings for souvenir.
■ケプロイの滝
熱帯雨林の中にある大きく美しい滝です。滝壺は泳ぐ事ができる程広い他、大きなうなぎが生息しています。
Keproi Water Fall:
Located in Madolenihm, Keproi waterfall is nearly 50 minutes drive from Kolonia town and going there takes $3.00 for admission. Visitors can jump in the bottom of waterfall by climbing rocks just like locals do.
■ナンマドール遺跡
諸説ありますが、6世紀ゴロから15世紀頃にかけてこの地で栄えたシャーウテール王朝が築いた海上城塞都市の遺跡です。92の島々から成り、玄武岩で作られた建物はいったいどうやって建てたのか今でも解明されていません。王様の墓があることから、信仰の対象になっています。
Nan Madol:
Nan Madol is located in Madolenihm and takes around an hour and half drive from Kolonia by car. Transportation to Nan Madol is not limited to car but boat is also available on tour. Nan Madol, which is an ancient ruined city, carries many myths as to how it was built and people who lived there.

Palikir pass, recently known as P-pass is becoming famous for surfing spot. P-pass creates world -class waves and many professional surfers started visiting after media exposure. Other than surfing, visitors enjoy varieties of water sport such as skin and scuba diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking, fishing, and sailing.
